Does anyone have a detailed 2 month workout plan for the heptatholon?

I am a college student on track and field. I throw the discus. My coach recently asked me to try the heptatholon. It includes events such as high jump, long jump, javelin, shot put, 200, hurdles, and i think the 400. Im a decent thrower and have done gymnastics for years but i need alot of conditioning. My coach will give me a basic plan, but i need an intense workout. I want to win if I'm going to do this at all. I need help with a detailed workout plan and dietary plan.... PLEASE HELP!!!
