How to kiss my girlfriend?

Now this is the story. i have been going out with this girl going on a month and a lil over a half. i haven't kissed her yet. she seems really shy in a way. I walk her to all of her cles and stuff. every time i give her a hug she like turns her head. the reason why she turns her head is bec im taller like 10 inches. so, i cant get give her a kiss. even though she said she wants me too kiss her. So, what i need to know is how to kiss her like after or during i hug her.
