My cat has this annoying habit he likes to nibble/like my lips and while hes doing this (cont'd)?

he'll knead my face until he fall asleep. hes a ten wk old siamse kitten that i got when he was 8 wks old i just want to know what he is doing and if i let him do this will it make him more likely to bite
