How to get Blue Cross Ins. of Georgia to pay for Invitro Fertilization?

My husband and I have been infertile for a number of years now and faced dissappointment after dissappointment on getting any funding to have IVF. I am weary of searching for help short of a miracle. We have tried for few years now to get IVF but everytime we seek financial istance we get turned down. I have tried getting it done with my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA. But the Bureaucracy of the state of Georgia denies any help for the infertile. The last two times that I have sought them for help in the Infertility caused by endometriosis on my part, they told me to take Birth Control. Now how is that going to get us pregnant? Not to mention when I took the Birth control those two time as instructed I got two brain tumors one right after the other. This has been confirmed and approved by 3 physicians. My current doctor is now deeming it mandatory that i get pregnant for the sake of my health, and i have no means on which to do so. Except getting my insurance to pay. Thank U
