If your college marks aren't great can you still transfer to university?

I failed 2 out of 6 midterm test last week. I got 35% on one and 45% on the other and I studied like crazy. Both exams are worth 25% each of my mark.These two courses will kill my gpa what do I do? :( Im in business administration - Accounting BTW.
