I have relationship problems that I can't seem to fix.?

I know I have problems, but I don't know how to change that. I cannot take criticism, yet I can easily point out what my boyfriend does wrong (which I sometimes do, but most of the time I keep it to myself.) He says my need for equality and fairness in almost everything drives him away from me some, especially because I don't see everything. But in all actuality, I really do see.. I understand what he is saying, but what I really see is not what is fair to him, but to me. Does anyone have suggestions?
