I would like to know if flightjays.com or 9goods.com a legit website? I know there items aren't real but is the website real or a scam? Has anyone ever ordered from any of those Companys before and recieved thier packages?

Mercury boat engine runs rough?

2007, 50 hrsp, 4 stroke. Was wondering if bad/old gas can also be a problem. I filled up around Labor day with 87 octane which probably contains up to 10% ethanol. I take the pontoon out the other day and it was running fine, then after 20 minutes of continuous running, the motor would increase RPM, then decrease, increase, decrease from 50RPM to 40RPM, increase, decrease back and forth until it finally leveled out @ 40RPM and never picked up speed at full throttle, BUT never cut off on its own either.

Other than a lemon case, can an "as is" car be returned due to a possible false credit report?

I have a friend who bought an "as is" car 4 days ago. He has just been in the country for two years, not much credit history, and still very inexperienced. At first, he was told that he needed a co-signer because of lacking credit history. Later on, the dealer somehow managed to get a FICO score of 740. Is this possible? To make things worse, he signed all the papers without even reading (or maybe did not understand). He neglected to notice a discrepancy with the odometer as stated on the report.

I have relationship problems that I can't seem to fix.?

I know I have problems, but I don't know how to change that. I cannot take criticism, yet I can easily point out what my boyfriend does wrong (which I sometimes do, but most of the time I keep it to myself.) He says my need for equality and fairness in almost everything drives him away from me some, especially because I don't see everything. But in all actuality, I really do see.. I understand what he is saying, but what I really see is not what is fair to him, but to me. Does anyone have suggestions?

My best friend doesn't know what to think or do about his girlfriend's on and off again feelings. Any ideas?

My best friend goes to college about 300 miles away from his girlfriend. They manage to get together about once every 3 weeks or so. She tells him she loves him a lot and oftentimes says she wishes he was there. But sometimes she then says that maybe they need to take a break because she's afraid. She knows he loves her and he's shown it time after time even when she cheated on him once. He is lonely for female companionship and is growing weary of her doubts from time to time. Any ideas of how he should deal with this? What should he do?

Should this teacher be deported?

I think it was really bad judgment on her part. You can't deport people on the grounds of stupidity. You can fire them. I highly doubt though that her goal was to teach American citizens how to break the law and come to America illegally. She was most likely just trying to give them another persons view of a very publicized political situation.
