If your sons problems are as bad as you say, then i am surprised the medics are not doing more. I really cant help much as the signs and symptoms are very generalised, however my son used to vomit a lot as a child, this also seemed for no reason. We later realised (when i became a nurse) that it was all part and parcel of his heart defect. I'm not saying your son has a heart defect, but this certainly needs illiminating. A 24 hour ecg is like a small tape player that records electrical activity in the heart, at the same time you may be required to keep a record of events to see if there are any cardiac events at the same time as vomiting. I am stabbing in the dark here, but do try to get the Drs to get on top of this, they should be spending time finding the cause, not patching over it with ad hoc medication. best wishes to you and your son.
