How often are people misdiagnosed "Bipolar"?
The problem is, there is money in diagnosises and there's no money in everyone being healthy. Of course some have it, but it is a very arbitrary line. Therefore, anyone exhibiting traces of those symptoms can then be given drugs. Our new society finds it easier to take drugs to solve their problems rather than working or controlling themselves. This has not just happened with bipolar disorder, but also with borderline personality disorder, add and ADHD, and autism, all of which are real illnesses with arbitary lines that almost anyone could be skewed into.
