Nasty Cold Symptoms need help ?

ok for the last 3 days i have been experiencing this nasty congested nose my left ear feels plugged as well so as a result i haven't been able to sleep. my eyes are bloodshot and watery plus it is quite hard blowing the mucus out of my nose which is this yellowish white mucus . Ive kept hydrated and inhailed steam yet my nose is still plugged any suggestions ???
