Question about the new Ford car commercial where two guys are listening to music.?

In the commercial, these two guys are using a special feature that allows them to voice-activate music based on the singer (Smashing Pumpkins, Korn, etc.) The one guy jumps in and says, "play artist Tiffany" and nothing happens then says "play artist Michael Bolton" which embares the driver. My question is, why is the guy embared to have Michael Bolton in his song selection?
