Question on Installing Ipod software update 2.0 (Its been awhile huh???)?

so am from sri lanka and we dont have a itunes store so i downoaded the update through utorrent now i've got the software but i dont know how to install it (I DONT HAVE A MAC ITS WINDOWS)
