Where to purchase a pda for sprint for a cheaper cost w/out plan.?

I currently have a sprint contract and it doesnt end for a while. I hate my phone and want to get a new one, but i dont want to buy it on ebay or from sprint because i want a new phone, but i dont want to pay a ton of money for it. yeah i know, im cheap. is there any website or places to go where i can buy one without starting a new contract?
