How do you make/create videos on youtube directly?

I mean how can you make a video using pictures from internet and making a cartoon video with moving mouths and have them talk what you want them to say? Because i have to do a project where i have to compare the characters in Fences and Macbeth and me and my partner are doing Lady Macbeth and Rose and we need to make a 4-6 minute cartoon video...so how does one make a video on youtube? PLEASE I NEED THIS TO GET FULL POINTS AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT...PLZ PLZ PLZ!!! THANK YOU!!!!! ^_^
