I have a fever and an aching body, what is this?

I have about 100 - 101 degree fever. I feel extremely tired, my head aches, and my body aches so bad that it hurts to move. I have absolutely no other symptoms. NO cough, NO sore throat, and NO congested nose. What could this be?
